The gym was incredible with quality machines and plenty of space. Our room felt like a cozy apartment with everything you need. Super safe for our cats too! The staff were amazing; Yolanis, Sobeyda, Telma, and others made sure everything was perfect. Breakfast was awesome with great veggie omelets. Loved the indoor pool!

The gym was great and the room was clean.
The shower had no hot water and the fridge in the first room didn’t work. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room and we had to request it multiple times.

The property is brand new, and everything in it is top-notch, including the nice pool and great gym. the breakfast selection was wonderful, and we were even upgraded to a suite with a stunning view. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the fully stocked kitchen in the room was a pleasant surprise.

I was disappointed when I found out that the pool's operating hours were from 11am-6pm, making it difficult to enjoy as a guest. Despite this, the room was very nice and the location was convenient. I'll recommend this hotel.

The facility is modern and spacious with plenty of lighting and plugs. The outdoor fire pit creates a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was good and the staff provided superb service.
Felt very secure, no complaints whatsoever.

My main reason for choosing Hyatt House was its proximity to the RDU Observation Deck, which I was eager to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent Wi-Fi access and the delicious free breakfast at the onsite bistro, H Market.

My stay at this hotel was great overall. The facility was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when I misplaced my wallet. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. I felt safe and secure during my solo stay, and the location was convenient with a dog park nearby. The hotel provided a great experience overall, and I particularly enjoyed playing pool in the Billiards room.
There were a couple of issues during my stay. there was a strong smell of weed in the hallways which made its way into my room.

i loved how clean and comfy the room was, and the location is so close to the brier creek area - which was convenient for exploring. the check-in service was smooth, and they gave me a list of the times everything opens and closes.
